Introduction:<br />
Always before I prepare a meal I consider the following very quickly to form the image into my mind of a near perfect healthy Breakfast or Lunch.<br />
One is it Plant Based ? Is the meal primarily from the plant whole food kingdom.<br />
Two is most of the meal presented Raw ? Is the recipe loaded with  life giving Enzymes for better digestion of nutrients.<br />
Three is the recipe colorful and fun to make ? You can think of  different textures, smooth and course,with contrasting elements of shapes to help it to be the most interesting and entertaining food presentation made possible with TLC.<br />
Four what does the food do for my body? What nutritional value is in the recipe? What purpose  does the recipe serve for my well being?<br />
Five how much time will it take for me to make this recipe?  Can I make it in under 15 minutes? Or even under 10 minutes? How much of my precious time will I spent on creating this recipe? I consider any recipe that takes longer than 20 minutes tops in our modern world to be way too long , for most people that are busy. I always consider and think of the busy person that wants it all in under 15 minutes time flat.<br />
Six if I am using any animal protein it must be small in size in proportion to the vegetables and thought of as not the main course of the recipe,but instead thought of as a small supporting role for the over all affect that I am trying to achieve. The animal must be organically fed,free range or wild, grass feed or left to forage in the wild. ( This idea eliminates most meat sold in stores today and it would take pages of content for me to explain why it is so important to know your  meat sources unconditionally in todays market place. The book Diet for a New America authored by John Robins is only one of many books that would educate the public of the dangers of todays intensive factory farm methods and processed meat industry.</p>
<p>All animal is missing dietary fiber,with a much slower transit time through your body ,so it is very important to load up the recipe with vegetables .<br />
And seven does the recipe pass the taste test? Yes why bother even to start a recipe if it absolutely doesnt make your taste buds jump out and say WOW!  this really is delicious and savory ,and brings a smile to your face. </p>
<p>Yes we are all human after all and I am not to proud to admit that on occasion my recipe plan did not work in the taste department and this can happen to you or any body else but it&#8217;s OK!  You can learn from this as its all trial and error in the beginning . Sometimes it can become a real challenging attempt , to get it right the second or even the third time. No problem this is life.  </p>
<p>In my opinion there is healthy and unhealthy ways of preparing meats in your kitchen and the following are just a few rules that I follow as I wash up and slip on my apron for preparation of this recipe.</p>
<p> One the meat is stored with meats, and the vegetables with vegetables separately in the refrigerator to prevent cross contamination. The meat should be stored near the back where it is coldest.<br />
Two I use separate work areas in my kitchen with separate cutting boards with separate culinary utensils to prevent cross contamination.<br />
Three the meat will always be cooked first as it will take the longest time to finish and the vegetables will follow after.<br />
Four the only cooking medium I will use is pure water , or vegetable stock that is not more  than  2 days old in the making at most.<br />
All my cold pressed oils are not used for cooking as the high heat will denature and cause the oil to go rancid in the body creating even more free radicals.<br />
I use the following cold pressed oils contained in glass were in moderation for vinaigrette dressings , sauces and as recipe thinning such as Virgin Olive, Flax Seed, and Coconut Oil.<br />
Five my only heating methods will be light steaming, blanching ( dipped in hot water that has been previously boiled) And on rare occasions some vegetable broth pan frying and oven baking but the recipe would usually take to long in time to make, so it is not used much by me.<br />
Six I think of possibly  adding a probiotic cultured food such as Korean style traditional Kimchi or German style traditional Sauerkraut on the side. An optional small serving dish of either of the two would be an excellent compliment to the Egg over Wild Greens Recipe.<br />
Often with many Thai dishes a side order of fermented greens or paste dip is offered.<br />
And Seven is my organic garden of choices for fruits,vegetables and herbs to add to the recipe.</p>
<p>And what about that Egg ? </p>
<p>Not that long ago Eggs received a lot of negative publicity from the News Media,Doctors and uninformed Health advocates claiming that eggs would raise your cholesterol and clog up your arteries leading to heart disease. It went on like this for years and then the cholesterol lowering pharmaceuticals , where born to come to the rescue. But then later we found out that the cholesterol lowering drugs where not a necessity in most cases and that right diet like a Plant Based one could actually do the job very well without any of the associated side effects. Of course we know today that our own body Liver manufactures cholesterol which we could not live without it anyway . Later science discovered that lecithin,Vitamin E, and the trace mineral Selenium was in good supply in the eggs yolk sack. And on top of this if the egg was free range ,grass fed and organic you would have a good supply of essential Omega 3 fatty Acids as well ,the good fats.<br />
So then the egg industry could breath a sigh of relief knowing that certain eggs where good for you in moderation, and the others where still questionable?<br />
And what about all the egg cartons showing photos or drawings of fish all over them?<br />
I thought that hens where vegetarian, and not fish eating birds? Am I looking at a GMO product here containing Genetically Modified Organisms? </p>
<p>We can see all kinds of controversial food and product claims made over  the years that only adds confusion to the consumers to no end.<br />
The following are good examples.<br />
We where told that Dairy Butter was bad for our heart health and to only eat processed Margarine for protection. Then only years later we found out that the friendly margarine contained processed artery clogging, hydrogenated oils.<br />
We where told that all coconut products are fattening and contained high levels of saturated fat.<br />
Years later we learned that this simply was not true ,and now know that the saturated fat in coconut is different in chemical structure compared to the saturated fat found in all land based meats. The meat from land having long chain saturated fats and the coconuts having medium chain saturated fatty acids  work differently in the body. The fact is coconut fat helps you to lose weight , and meat fat helps you to gain weight its proven.Generally all the South East Asian people living on a traditional plant based diet including coconuts , are relatively all lean and thin .It is rare even today that  you can find any obesity among them.<br />
We where told that human mothers should never breast feed their new born babies, but instead to feed the human baby cows formula milk that was really met for the cows suckling calf.<br />
But of course to day we know now that it is much more healthy for a human mother to breast feed her natural breast milk to support the babies immunity, brain development and body function.<br />
And then we where told not that many years ago that it was healthy to smoke cigarettes.<br />
Yes its true! According to history ,Medical  Doctors pitching the sale of Cigarettes for the Tobacco Industry such following claims where made.<br />
&quot;Cigarettes are healthy for you , and can help your indigestion. They can even help you to attract the opposite sex.&quot;   </p>
<p>These are only a few examples and there are many more, so what is really going on here?<br />

<p>Do we really consciously think about where that food item came from ?, How it was made?, What is in it ?, What was taken out?, And how long it has been sitting on the shelf ? Do we really want to know ? Do we really care?   </p>

<p>Egg Over Wild Greens Ingredients:  </p>
<p>One free range Organically raised Hen or Duck Egg . I prefer the Duck for its rich orange color of yolk that is rich in the trace mineral selenium.</p>
<p>A few whole Raw Macadamia Nuts.<br />
On the side :Some raw unfiltered honey , Wasabi powder, Bee Pollen,powdered Green Tea powder. Thai chilli powder and soya sauce. Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. Black Pepper powder.</p>
<p>One small whole onion<br />
One whole garlic clove . Or if you are like me you can add 2 garlic cloves for all those Garlic Lovers out there.<br />
One whole lime or half a lemon .<br />
One small field tomato.<br />
One half ear of Organically grown corn on the cob.<br />
Three medium size dry mushrooms of your choice. </p>
<p>Barry&#8217;s Gourmet Fresh Garden Wild Greens: </p>
<p>I like to add a lot of a little bit of everything to add flavor and nutrition to the mixed green salad.Just enough to balance out the meal with out overwhelming it.<br />
This is almost like a ritual for me and I know a lot of gardeners reading this article can relate to this. I just walk around my garden with my stainless steal strainer basket and start picking what I feel like eating at the time. </p>
<p>For this recipe I picked young Rose Apple leaves, young Mango leaf, some Dandelion leaf, a few By A Boo Bak Leaves. Now I know what you are thinking ? What the heck is By A Boo Bak ? All I can say is they stand about 3 to 7 inches tall and they look like thin dark green pancakes supported by long thin edible stems.I would classify them as delicious edible weeds that grow just about every where.Almost every time I talk to a Thai knowledgeable elder person about edible weeds , they can only give me the Thai name and not the english name so that is the way it goes.<br />
I find it very interesting that in the Thai produce out door market places , I can see all kinds of interesting green herbs with edible flowers and weeds that you would never find being sold in a conventional grocery store displayed under one air conditioned roof. It is a cottage industry in Thailand for growing medicinal herbs and exotics.As long as you see them eating this plant that has been done for generations then you know its OK to eat.<br />
It is not uncommon that I would come home to my Thai wife,her name is Am  and ask her what the heck is this?  holding the weird looking green plant up for her inspection.<br />
She will smile or maybe even laugh and tell me what it is in Thai language only.<br />
She will say often that we do not know the English name and only the Thai name so look it up on the internet.But when I do in most cases I cant find it so I have resolved my self for giving Thai names only to some of these South East Asian herbs and edibles.<br />
But not to worry if you do not have a Thai Herb garden in your back yard.<br />
This is just in, my Thai wife surfed the internet for me to look up that weird pancake shaped edible weed for me , and it turns out that it is called an &quot;Asiatic Pennywort or Tiger herb. This plant is a heart tonic and effective for lowering high blood pressure. My many thanks to my Thai wife ,&quot;Thanks Am.&quot;<br />
You can use any of the following store bought greens that is just as effective. </p>
<p>Basil, Peppermint,Spinach,Romain Lettuce,Water Crescent. Organic as much as possible.  </p>

<p>When I am preparing any animal protein ,the food is with out exception always done first working on a separate cutting board. The meat will take longer to steam, and you want to avoid cross contamination with the vegetables from bacteria and parasites. Always make sure that in the end that the meat is thoroughly cooked . (The possible exception can be an egg for some people that like them runny)   First add four 4 cups of pure water into your steam pot and add the 3 dry mushroom caps that will make your wonderfully rich broth of tea in the end. </p>
<p>Place your steamer basket on top then place your Hen or Duck Egg inside and cover with the lid.<br />
Put on medium heat for 5 minutes , and now we get to work on the fun stuff , the vegetables.</p>
<p>Making of the Wild Greens: </p>
<p>First the salad sauce vinaigrette dressing for tossing .<br />
In a mixing bowl add the following:<br />
One teaspoon of Raw Cold Pressed Apple Cider Vinegar.<br />
One teaspoon of Raw unfiltered honey.<br />
One fresh squeezed lime or half a lemon juice.<br />
Sprinkle in some Bee pollen (Bee Pollen keeps best in the freezer its a perishable)<br />
Then grate your garlic clove into the bowl and stir then put aside. </p>
<p>Second the making of your savory macadamia nuts.<br />
Place the macadamia nuts in a bowl.<br />
With your basting brush add a bit of raw unfiltered honey , making sure that each nut is brushed .<br />
Next spoon the sticky macadamia nuts into your glass jar and add the following.<br />
One teaspoon of Wasabi powder.<br />
Put the lid on tightly then shake the jar vigorously like all those cocktail bartenders you see doing all the time . A little music doesnt hurt.<br />
Add more wasabi powder if necessary to cover all your nuts.</p>
<p>By this time 5 minutes should be up, ? And you can add the medium whole onion to the steam basket to join the egg. </p>
<p>Next back to the Wild Greens Salad. </p>
<p>Gather all your leafy greens together on your cutting board and chop the leaves finely and place the whole lot into a large bowl.<br />
Next take out your half cob of raw organic corn and  with a pairing knife slice down ward into the cutting board to remove the kernels from the cob. (Raw sweet crunchy corn kernels are delicious)</p>
<p>Add the Corn kernels to the salad bowl.<br />
Finally pour in your vinaigrette dressing and toss the salad wild greens and corn together thoroughly and spoon into your serving dish.<br />
We should be near the 10 minute mark , so this is a good time to take out the steamed hot egg with a spoon and place it in a cold cup of ice water that I keep in the refrigerator.<br />
This will quickly make the thermal scalding egg much more easy to handle in this way , for breaking open the shell.<br />
When your egg is finally naked then , place it on top of your bed of wild garden greens.<br />
Cut the egg, in sections , then layer thinly sliced field tomato across the edge of the serving plate.<br />
Place your semi raw onion next to your egg.<br />
Open up the onion a little down the middle and dribble some Soya Sauce over top and lightly sprinkle some Thai Chili powder over top. </p>
<p>Pour your mushroom broth into your cup and can add one of the caps. The other 2 mushroom caps add to the main dish.<br />
Then spoon over and around your pre made Seed and Nut Salad Dressing made previously from the my Barry&#8217;s Asian Salmon Recipe  that you can find here below if you do not have it already? </p>
<p>Barry,s Asian Style Seed &amp; Nut Dressing: </p>
<p>I have covered how to open coconuts correctly in some of my other articles, so I just want to say that you need the right kind of heavy Knife that has a rectangle blade. And you work in a circular chopping pattern to get the nut open. Practice Practice. The store where you buy your coconuts does most of the work for you by cutting the sides of the nut then making nice cone head points for easy opening.<br />
But for me I often harvest my own organic coconut from my garden to wrestle with them, but I am getting better at it now.Stores do sell coconut milk or cream in cartons if you wish to go that way as well. </p>
<p>Ingredients for Asian Style Seed &amp; Nut Dressing for one person and good for a 3 day supply: </p>
<p>1 cup of sprouted whole almonds.<br />
Sprouting almonds is easy just have them submerged in fresh water over night , then in the morning rinse out all the old water. Then I use the matt or towel method by rapping them up to absorb the excess water. You will notice that your almonds look much bigger than before<br />
&#8216;because they are. They are sprouting , and the enzyme inhibitors , a protein membrane that surounds each nut is being dissolved away.</p>
<p>1 whole fresh coconut .<br />
1 cup of fresh diced pineapple.<br />
1 cup of fresh diced papaya .<br />
1 level table spoon of the following. </p>
<p>Flax seed ,Chia seed,Black sesame seed,and Pumpkin seed.<br />
A bottle of Bee Pollen that should be stored in your freezer as this is an extremely perishable product,and the same goes for flax seed oil and wheat germ as well.<br />
Every store I know of in the US and Canada will practice this way of storing these kinds of products to avoid the product of becoming prematurely rancid , but retail stores in Thailand as hot as it gets here will not properly store these items in the cooler and it just amazes me why there is not any world standard for this. </p>
<p>Directions for Asian Style Seed &amp; Nut Dressing:</p>
<p>Cut open the  coconut  at the top and pour the water juice into your glass blender.<br />
Chop the nut down the middle in to two parts then scrape out the meat using a spoon and add it to your blender.<br />
 Add your pineapple and papaya to your mix in the blender . </p>
<p>Next add one level tablespoon each to your milling machine that attaches to your blender .<br />
I hope that you purchased a quality blender that has this important unit ? If not then you will just add the seed directly into your blender. </p>
<p>Inside your milling machine you have one level table spoon of Flax,Chia,Pumpkin and Black sesame  seed . Turn on the machine with the cover secured and grind the seed down into a fine powder. Then add the contents to your blender. </p>
<p>Blend everything together until you have a smooth consistency.<br />
Always after I blend my dressing or smoothie I taste it first for making any necessary ingredient adjustments with more blending until its just right. </p>
<p>Pour your seed and nut dressing into glass gars to be stored in your refrigerator.</p>
<p>Tip for natural preservation of salad and dip dressings :<br />
Natural foods tend to parish quickly if not properly handled and should be consumed as early as possible with in the first and second day for best taste and nutrition.Home made salad dressings in glass jars are best kept in the back of the refrigerator where it is coldest.<br />
Nature has 3 powerful preservatives that you can mix into your raw dressing to taste.<br />
I use ground Clove powder that is one of Natures highest antioxidants and is well documented anti parasitic.<br />
I use ground Cinnamon powder that is also one of natures highest antioxidant herbs and it has the capability to help stabilize the blood sugar .<br />
Raw unfiltered honey is a well researched preservative from nature , and it helps neutralize ,bitterness and tart after taste of the other two herbs.<br />
I usually make enough to last 3 days tops and no longer than this.<br />
I do not trash any of my left over raw dips or dressings I compost it instead.  </p>
<p>The supplement Industry is telling us that we cannot possibly get all our nutrition from our foods alone due to many factors like loss of top soil and unsustainable modern chemical agriculture used today. I can see their point hear ,but then we have peoples of the Blue Zones all over the world living today well into and over one hundred years of age ,disease free living on whole food plant based diets and they seldom take any supplements. Moving your body does not have to feel like exercise !It can be anything you want it to be.<br />
You may be surprised that it does not have to be a Gym Membership to lose weight and to stay healthy.<br />
In fact many people live a long life in health and good spirits just doing the things they love to do by moving their body every day and they even have fun doing it. </p>
<p>Introduction of the Photo for Weight Loss ,Diet, Good Health and Skin Care: </p>
<p>In the photo are just of the few ways that I enjoy moving my body , and for others it could be entirely something else. The only thing that really matters is that you make moving your body a life time commitment to your life style, and you enjoy it and even include friends and family to join in whenever possible. Some people like to exercise and weight train inside a gym and that is good also , and others prefer to exercise out side in fresh air or do both. </p>
<p>Health Benefits of pure Aloe Vera:</p>
<p>I do both ,but mostly out side to connect with Nature , to oxygenate my lungs, and to get the vitamin sunshine D into my body through my skin. I know a lot of people out there may be thinking well, what about Skin Cancer with all that sun ? Well, the TRUTH is people that eat right with natural high antioxidant raw plant based fresh foods of Fruits ,Vegetables , Sprouts, Herbs, and are hydrated with enough pure clean water every day ,will have protection from with in.<br />
My own skin after living more than 15 years in hot  tropical Phuket Thailand near the equator does not burn so easily and I really can say never ,even though I do spend long hours in the sun at times.I can remember often that my skin would burn and peal when I was much younger living further north in Canada on a typical SAD diet (Standard American Diet) including cooked meats ,dairy, processed foods ,restaurant ,confectionaries and fast food convenient outlets .<br />
Even my younger brother  named Dan who is on a high RAW plant based high antioxidant diet himself for over 2 decades now notices the protective change of his skin, never experiencing sun burn and skin pealing ,when he has visited Phuket 6 months of the year for the last 6 years. Is this just a coincidence ? Or is there more to this story?  Studies show that almost all skin creams actually reduce or  block out the absorption of essential vitamin D which is actually a hormone, and is stored in the liver to help regulate our hormones and research out of Canada is suggesting the Vitamin D has protective factors against all kinds of Cancers.The further north or south  you live from the Earths Equator the more sunshine exposure you need for your Vitamin D.  </p>
<p>For example  if I know that I will be on my mountain bike for several hours on a warm sunny day,I will cover my exposed body parts , with pure Aloe Vera Gel that I grow in my garden.Aloe is easy to grow ,as one plant will replicate itself over time with new stalks and they love the sun and do not need much water. Aloe is proven to be a potent medicinal plant ,and even the Thai Spas ,Massage Parlors and Skin Clinics on Phuket Island use fresh Aloe Vera gel to treat tourists and locals with sunburn damage on their skin.<br />
To my thinking ,that is putting the cart before the horse, and is being used as a costly treatment ,and not used as prevention. It is not uncommon ,that I will take Aloe Vera internally , by adding some of the clear gel, to my smoothies,and even to some of my home made medicinal herbal dressings for salads and toppings. I am not kidding about this. In my Gourmet experience ,Aloe Vera Gel can be used in many different recipes that I never seen implemented in other spa type culinary eateries.<br />
Of course with any medicinal herb or plant ,it is wise and necessary to rotate the plants in the diet and to take dietary days off before resumption. Our skin is permeable meaning that nutrients good and bad ,are readily absorbed through the membrane pores, and also our internal body toxins are  excreted out through the process of sweating .We know today that aloe vera is used in many products such as moisturizers, shampoo ,conditioners ,human and even our pet products. The Skin our largest body organ ,next to our Liver is one of the most in my opinion , neglected and most misunderstood organ on our human body.<br />
 Include Aloe Vera in your life for better health and wellness.</p>
<p>Fare skinned people need less exposure to Vitamin D sunshine and darker skinned people need more of it. If I know that I will be outside in the sun for long extended periods of time I use common sense and prudence to protect my skin . Early morning and late afternoons are good times for moving your body,and I am covered with clothing when I stay out for longer extended times in the sun. Always hydrate your body with water and more water as you  increase the time and endurance of your sports,garden and recreational activity.</p>

<p>I am walking my Dog named Lucky in Land &amp; House Park green development area near my home. Often I take this opportunity to give commands to my dog ,with awards of praise and the odd treat. My dog walks by my side and is never allowed to pull on the leash in front of me.<br />
Often my dog is my interval jogging partner as well .</p>
<p>The photo at the bottom right is me working in my garden lifting rocks to make a raised bed of soil. Moving soil and rocks around is a good work out in itself. </p>
<p>Often I take my mountain bike for a tour around the southern end of Phuket Island. I have more than 10 different and exciting scenic routes to choose from , with different challenges and things to see. </p>
<p>Garden Yoga , and stretching outside is great for your connection with Nature. </p>
<p>And finally I am having some fun rebounding on my mini trampoline. </p>
<p>Every day is different for me and I mix it up and feel good after moving my body. </p>
<p>Why Eat a Plant Based Diet for Longevity?<br />

<p>A plant based diet,as organic as much as possible is the diet of many people living more than 100 years of age today in certain places around the world .With documented cases of Longevity<br />
These groups of people ,studied by the National Geographic Society ,backed by pure science has proven that people that live on a plant based diet , with a great percentage of Raw Greens included ,lived well and lived long. They some times ate a bit of fish, an egg , maybe a free range duck or hen running around , but mostly vegetables and fruits in that order.<br />
They included in their diets sea vegetables (seaweeds) Legumes ,nuts and seeds, as well.<br />
Some raw fermented probiotic foods as well and on occasion some natural alcohol beverage.<br />
They have no need for Vitamin and Mineral supplements sold on the internet or in retail stores,and they have no need to join up with Gym Memberships either. They move their bodies out side in the fresh air,in the most natural way, by gardening, walking, riding a bike, swimming in the sea, chopping wood, using their own body weight for exercise and so forth. They are close to their community and family and have purpose in their life with their faith. It really cannot get any more simple than this. So what happened to our modern day society that has people over weight by 2 to 3 and in many cases one-third of the population is clinically obese? How can we move away from simple carbohydrates ,conventional dairy and much less meat consumption,and commercially processed foods of every kind? How can we move towards Whole Food Plant Based Dieting ?How can we start  moving our bodies every day for the rest of our lives? How can we become more active socially in our community and to slow down and to find more purpose in our lives? If we can do all of the above ,then things will change around for us and we can become more happier and healthy. </p>
<p>Natures Nutrition, with a primarily  Raw Whole Foods Plant Based Rotating Diet, and Moving your body in fresh air and sunshine with enough quality sleep every day is the key and secret to great Health, Longevity,and Happiness. It really dose not get that much more simple.  </p>

<p>Why we Must Move Our Body? </p>
<p>Scheduling time in your daily life to move your body is so important especially today in  our modern world because ,we live in a society of convenience and everything is done for us.<br />
Genetically, Historically,and Biologically,our body was not built to live this way . In fact the industrial revolution with all the good things that cam out of it , also made everything else easier for us and has replaced intensive physical labor with a more practical, and commercial means of doing business which is good for business but in some cases not good for our bodies.<br />
When we stop moving our body for long periods of time like long continuous hours at a computer,or living the life of a couch potato absorbed with TV and comfort food things start to happen over time.<br />
Things start to happen with long hours sitting on an overseas trip by Airplane, with  long  road trips by ,Bus,Train,Truck,Car ,or Van. A large internal section of your body inside,called the Lymphatic System starts to shut down. When this happens, it causes circulatory stress ,with symptoms of discomfort, and your whole immune system becomes compromised,plus your metabolism slows down and becomes sluggish and constipated.</p>
<p>Unlike your Heart that Beats continuously 24/7 ,your  Lymph can only function properly when you move your body on a regular basis with as much time that you can schedule in to your busy life. Our Lymph nodes are like a mass of meridians spread through out our body and their function is to remove waste and dead over used cells out of our body to protect and help us to survive against the toxins that enter our body every day around the clock.<br />
When we eat, a Nature made Breakfast like the one in one of my other  photos,  puts less toxins into our body to help our Liver and Lymph to function better with exercise or just by moving your body.  </p>
<p>Think about what happens to people that are bed ridden in hospitals and nursing homes? Their Lymph System shuts down from lack of movement, and then one thing leads to another without any outside fresh air and Vitamin D sunshine topped with denatured cooked meals, lacking in life giving Enzymes can all add up and if continued can present problems later on.<br />
Try to hold any kind of pose ,and see how long you can last,how long can you sustain that pose? We are designed to Move are body constantly. Even in our sleep our body randomly moves through out the night more or less.<br />
Even writing this article on my iMac at any extended period of time will demand my attention to stop work and to get up and move around for a while until I am ready to work again.After this rest and light movement of my body I can continue with my work at the computer knowing that I have my lymph moving again. It is important to listen to your body signals and symptoms and to make corrections for your health.Eating right like the Breakfast with Barry Gourmet &amp; Raw photo above without moving your body will only over time make your body less efficient  in metabolism. Your nutrients from food with more calories coming in and less calories being burned off could promote weight gain.   </p>
<p>Ways that Barry Gourmet &amp; Raw Moves his body? </p>
<p>First and foremost the important thing is not to be concerned too much about what other people are doing , and how much money you intend to spend at a Gym or Sports Equipment.The important thing is to make a mindful commitment and actually implement your body movement plan that makes you the most happiest . </p>
<p>Yes, that is right, just do what you like to do and that can be anything. Examples could be Gardening,Dancing,Walking, Jogging, Stretching,Hiking in Nature,Playing on the Monkey Bars in the park,Riding a Bike, Swimming, walking your dog, using your car less,Yoga,using the stairs instead of the Elevator ,and any other way that you find enjoyable for moving your body? </p>
<p>For my self the following  is the way I get the most enjoyable experience for moving my body.</p>
<p>Cardio Interval Training with my Mountain Bike and my land leg exercises. Our body was not designed to do a long extended time of isolated repetitive training. This is why many athletes work on all their body parts to create endurance and strength for the whole body and not just one part of their body. Like a good diet it is good to mix it up , variation  , and restful sleep will build and support you for vibrant good health. For my Mountain bike I look for Flats, Hills,and Grades,about seven different long and short tours all together, that offer variable challenges with easy riding as well .And example of Interval Mountain Biking would be the more difficult climb challenging the hill,and at the top, I would be winding or cooling down, and as I am coasting down the other side of the hill my body is in a well deserved rest and the whole process would repeat over again.This is moving your body the Interval Way.A lot of calories can be burned this way,plus you have a chance to enjoy the  ,scenic natural beauty ,and is a good all around fantastic Weight Loss and conditioning program. </p>
<p>My land leg Interval Exercises are simple.  I just walk,then Jog,then make a short Sprint, then reverse to a Jog and then into a walk and then repeat the procedure all over again.If you are just getting started  you can first leave out the sprint part and work up to it .Set your own pace. You should try it some time as it really is a potent card work out for you ,but pace your self and work up to it. This is an all around Cardio Interval Body work out for your Heart Health.A lot of calories are burned off this way and it is a Fantastic Weight Loss protocol. </p>
<p>Yoga: Originating from India this incredible art of Mind and Body Movement is very beneficial to you in so many ways. Any person young or old can practice this wonderful ancient Art of Breathing,Meditation,Body Stretching,Balance,Resistance,and Flexibility.<br />
I personally practice Yoga often every day or every second day with one day of rest per week. I cannot say enough about what Yoga can do for your Peace of Mind and Centered Body.<br />
Yoga classes can be very affordable with good value and instruction on the resort island of Phuket Thailand. For example the class that I attend is good for a whole month twice a day at 1and a half hours per class morning and evening. My 2 professional Yoga instructors have over 2 decades of experience teaching Yoga between them and the price will definitely surprise you.I found a QualityYoga Class that is less than 0 USD per month per person, no kidding . This Yoga Experience is a best kept secret in Phuket Islands Yoga Community. </p>
<p>Gardening: Yes I enjoy my tropical permaculture garden of exotic edibles and ornamentals.<br />
I do not use a sprinkler system , I do everything the old fashioned way with pails of water and lifting rocks and boulders to make my raised garden beds. Turning the soil over , and even turning my compost tumbler bin for a few rotations every day will give me a little exercise as well. This to me is one of the best ways to connect with Nature. At least half of my Breakfast with Barry Gourmet &amp; Raw came from my garden.Many gardeners find it very empowering to be able to add their own garden greens and vegetables ,fruits and herbs to their meals.  </p>
<p>My Outings with Lucky: Every person and family that has a Dog must find the time to walk their furry friend every day morning or evening . It is so important to your pet big or small. Either wise the dog will crap all over your property because they just do not have the same options as you and I do. Our dog needs the exercise as much as we do so include your dog in you&#8217;re  moving your body training program every day and this is also a great way to get your best friend to bond with you more than ever. And what does this have to do with my Barry Gourmet moves his body photo you might think? Well, it has a lot of relevancy because it is not unusual that I share a little bit of my breakfast with Lucky my Dog . Yes, my High Enzyme whole plant based diet is also good for your dog as well.Just mix in the Fruits and Vegetables with the help of a blender and stir in some human grade meat proteins but I will get into this more in a future article.</p>
<p> Snorkeling with Lucky:  Phuket Island has world class beaches , of more than 22 of them all offering something different for the water sports enthusiast. Five of them are just minutes driving from my home and are excellent for coral reef snorkeling with my Dog named Lucky, a 6 year old half Cocker Spaniel and Thai Dog breed. The ocean is like a glass plate of aqua marine in color and with good viability for 6 months of the year September through February. You can order a colorful plate of mixed fruits similar to my recipe photo above at some of these beach restaurants.<br />
This is really a fun and healthy way for me to move my body . Lucky wheres a life jacket that has a rope attached to it and I where my protective garden gloves dawned in snorkel gear.<br />
 I know that Lucky is a very strong sporting gun dog with lots of endurance,and he will chase after anything that moves.So I position my self near the rocky shore line where all the craps live. Then the action starts when my dog starts pulling me through the water ,chasing after all those thousands of never can catch me craps, and my body becomes a human projectile missile beneath the surface ,as I hold on to the leash swimming between and over the corals and swimthroughs.<br />
Ocean water is good natural therapy for the body as the chemistry of sea water is very close in chemical composition to human blood.</p>
<p>Working out with Lucky?Often on a nice sunny day I will walk Lucky to the park where the Monkey Bars are located.<br />
I tether Lucky to a near by tree so that he cannot slobber all over me as I do my reps of  resistance moves ,like push ups, chin ups, squats, and stretching in nature. </p>
<p>Exercising your Cells and your Lymph: Any person can do this, and it is very enjoyable and relaxing, not to mention lots of fun as well. Dry brushing your skin before a shower every day has many benefits for your skin, your immune system and your lymphatic system&#8230; A dry brush is made of natural fibers that can be bought in Health and Spa outlets. You can use a DHC Facial Brush and a regular body brush with a long wooden handle so that you can reach around to your back side. Your skin being the largest detoxing organ on your body needs to have regular maintenance for breathing , and regeneration.Its best to be in your birthday suite in the privacy of your bathroom before starting .Start from the souls of your feet and with short  massaging strokes working the brush up your body towards your heart. Your lymph drainage works towards this pathway and the brushing will help with the drainage. Work from your fingers ,hands and arms on both sides toward your heart. A lot of your dead dry skin will be brushed off to allow the newer skin cells to replace the old ones and to tone the body. Start from the top of your head and dry brush down across your face and over your neck that contains a lot of lymph nodes towards your heart again.  It is simple to do with practice and it is invigorating. You can expect noticeable results with in 5 months or longer with regular dry brushing.</p>

I have a Lymph Cleansing Thai massage at the club house where I live in Land and House Park for one hour once or twice a week. It only costs 300 Thai Baht or .00 USD  that includes a foot bath, nice relaxing music, an expert masseuse working on your feet and a Certified trained ND Holistic Doctor working on the body part that ails you the most using hands on acupressure techniques, Chinese Thai Herbs ,topped with herbal tea. </p>
<p>Dry Sauna Spa: When your body temperature is slowly raised and maintained for about 15 minutes at this temperature ,your elimination organs including your skin ,start expelling water and stored toxins out of your body through sweating. Your skin pores will be open at this time so when you leave the  sauna go straight to your shower room to blast a stream of jet Cold Water to wash off your sweat and to close your skin pores.(Hydrotherapy first brings the red  blood cells to the surface using heat then with  the cold water the oxygenated red blood cells are returned to your organs as your skin pores are closed.
